  • The Coolabah Forum 2025 will be taking place from the 4th-6th of August 2025.

    Day One:
    1pm: Arrival & Lunch
    2pm: Afternoon Programme
    5pm: Session Concludes
    7pm: Formal Dinner

    Day Two:
    9am: Session Starts
    lunch break and session breaks tba
    5pm: Session Concludes
    * Night Two is free for an opportunity to meet with other attendees if you so wish

    Day Three:
    9am: Session Starts
    1pm: Conference Close

  • Coolabah Forum will be taking place at the Twin Towers Conference Centre in Tweed Heads, QLD.

    The closest airport to the conference is the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and is a 10 minute drive.

  • Your ticket includes access into all sessions of Coolabah Forum 2025, as well as meals laid out below.

  • There are a number of accommodation options in the Tweed Heads / Coolanagatta region.

    Twin Towers Sebel has offered Coolabah conference attendees a discounted rate of 10% off the Daily Accommodation Rate. This can be used by calling The Sebel to book at 1800 19 20 20 or emailing them at twintowns.res@mantra.com.au

    The discount applies to following dates: 02.08.2025 - 08.08.2025 & minimum length of stay applies over the weekend. Discount does not apply to sale rates. Subject to availability at the time of booking & are subject to change.
