Our Church Development offering is focused on supporting your church to become healthy and effective within your context. Our consulting process is centred around helping pastors grow healthy churches that reach more people for Jesus. We pair you with a specialised consultant, trained to provide support for the following:

  • We bring in an assessment of your church, to see how are you doing, and identify what your key challenges and barriers are.

  • With our next steps, we help you discern God's leading, reimagine, and create a plan for the future, while also designing a ministry and leadership structures to compliment said new strategies.

  • We provide support to overcome stuckness, conflict, or to help change overall culture, while also supporting the execution of over phases.
