Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Partners In Ministry, whether through formal agreements, consultations, events, or other interactions.

BACKGROUND 

Partners In Ministry has the necessary qualifications, experience, and abilities to provide services to the Client 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our website, booking our services, or engaging with Partners In Ministry, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES PROVIDED 

The Client engages Partners In Ministry to provide the services outlined in an Agreement.  Additional services may be agreed upon by both parties in writing. 

CURRENCY AND PAYMENT 

All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST, which will be added where applicable.   

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

Clients may request refunds by emailing accounts@partnersinministry.com with bank details.  Refunds are processed within 14 business days. 

In-person events (courses, retreats, workshops) incur cancellation charges due to upfront costs: 

  • 48 hours or less: up to 100% forfeit (no refund) 

  • More than 48 hours to one week notice: up to 50% forfeit (50% refund) 

  • More than one week to two weeks: 20% forfeit (80% refund) 

  • More than two weeks: Full refund. 

1:1 Services less than 48 hours’ notice or No Shows: Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in charges up to the full booking fee, calculated based on the actual costs incurred and lost opportunities that cannot be recovered.   

Emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources provided by Partners In Ministry remain our intellectual property.  Clients may use materials for personal ministry purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without written permission.

LIABILITY

Partners In Ministry’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services, except where prohibited by law.

INFORMATION COLLECTION 

Partners In Ministry will send surveys throughout the year to assess client wellbeing and service satisfaction.  This information helps improve services and understand trends across all clients, in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Marketing materials relating to services may be sent to clients. 

CONFIDENTIALITY 

Partners In Ministry will not disclose any confidential client information except as authorised by the client or required by law. 

All client information (written or oral, provided before or after any Agreement) is considered confidential. 

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any Agreement. 

GENERAL PROVISIONS 

Consumer Rights 

Nothing in any Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill. 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by New South Wales law.

Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation.  If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation before legal proceedings.
