We provide trusted guidance, practical solutions, and ongoing support for leaders and organisations doing important work.

Supporting Those Who Serve Others

Partners in Ministry exists to support and equip church leaders to lead healthy, flourishing, and vibrant churches across Australia and New Zealand, serving across multiple denominations. We love Jesus and we love His Church, and everything we do flows from that commitment.

We recognise that leading a church community is deeply meaningful—and often complex. Pastors and leaders face spiritual, relational, organisational, and strategic challenges that can be difficult to navigate alone. We exist to walk alongside leaders, ministry teams, and whole churches, helping them remain healthy, resilient, and effective in their calling.

Our support is comprehensive and adaptable, shaped by the evolving realities of ministry. Through church assessment, strategic consulting and planning, pastoral supervision, coaching and mentoring, leadership development and training, and the facilitation of workshops that support implementation, we address challenges at every level of church life.

With an experienced and growing team across Australia and New Zealand, we offer integrated support without the need for multiple providers. We meet leaders and churches where they are, matching them with the right consultant to meet their specific context and needs.

Ultimately, our desire is to serve God faithfully by strengthening pastors and the church communities they lead, so that His Church may continue to flourish for the sake of the world.

Your Generosity Helps Us Continue to Serve Churches

Your Generosity Helps Us Continue to Serve Churches

Not all pastors are able to fund their own coaching or pastoral supervision, learning and development and many churches have yet to recognise the need for such vital development in their annual budgets.
