Arthur draws on his experience from commercial, church and NFP settings to develop and equip Church leaders to apply their skills and gifts in enhancing ministry.
Having led and served within the local church for three decades Phil is passionate about seeing leaders and churches serve from a place of health and fruitfulness. As a Senior Pastor Phil benefited greatly from having mentors and coaches walking alongside him and encouraging him. He now takes great delight in being able to serve leaders and churches in this same way.
Susan is Associate Pastor at Gateway Baptist Church and a long-term Pastor’s wife. She has had significant experience both working one on one with people and in team settings. Susan brings both her years of experience and her passion for supporting and encouraging Pastors and Pastors wives to ensure personal and ministry health.
Steve has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years as a church planter, senior minister, overseer, area director, C3 Australia Executive member, college lecturer, church health advocate and conference facilitator. Steve’s passion is to see healthy local churches led by healthy local leaders who are equipped to navigate life and ministry transitions with sustainable discernment and grace.
Craig has led and served the local church for over thirty years, along with assisting leaders in government, NFP and churches. He has a driving passion for healthy, mission focused churches.
Human Resources Executive and CEO, Peter undertakes leadership development coaching and mentoring as well as team facilitation and cultural alignment.
Bruce has been a Senior Pastor for 26 years, involved in church leadership, plants, visioning and supporting new senior pastors. He’s also found time to lead groups of his fellow clergy in mission and outreach.
For the last 30 years John has been in diverse ministry roles dedicated to providing personal and professional support for Christian leaders. John is skilled and passionate about supporting pastors through supervision, mentoring, or coaching. Over the past 4 years John has built up a specialty within Pastoral Supervision. John also has extensive experience leading retreats and training individuals and teams, particularly within a Chinese context. Building on his cross-cultural ministry experience (in Asia), John also invests in providing and promoting support for leaders of non-English speaking churches.

Former pastor, Kerrell is passionate about soul care for women in leadership through coaching, mentoring and spiritual retreats, designed to deepen their spiritual life, allowing their ministry to flourish.
Former senior pastor and bible college lecturer currently working with corporate clients, Lloyd is passionate about helping churches and pastors flourish in a post-Christian society, and supports PIM with coaching, mentoring, retreating and consultancy
Louisa is the lead Pastor of the local church they planted. She is passionate about supporting healthy leaders and churches. She loves focusing on the practical application of the life-giving Truth in our current circumstances.
Naomi comes with over 30 years of church leadership experience. As a Pastor she enthusiastically champions on other church leaders. With the benefit of her experience across a variety of denominational settings, her ‘sweet spot’ is working with women who lead, coaching and consulting with Pastors in regional and rural areas, either on a one-to-one basis or on retreats. She is particularly passionate about self-care, discipleship, and leadership development.
Cathy has 20 years’ experience as a congregational minister; is a University lecturer in Spiritual Formation with vast experience in pastoral supervision and spiritual direction.
Former CEO of CBM Australia, John now supports churches and pastors with coaching, consulting and mentoring.
Annie understands the complexities of ministry. As a qualified professional supervisor and coach, she champions leaders informed by three decades of experience from her tenures such as Senior Pastor and Church planter.
Joel has served in suburban, rural, multi-site, and church planting contexts in the Anglican Church for over fifteen years. He has a passion to see the Church flourish through the support of leaders.
Director of Leadership at Uniting College for Leadership & Theology Craig also supports Partners in Ministry in consulting and coaching activities.
Speaker, educator and preacher. Cheryl’s career has involved leadership in a number of Christian settings including a local church and theological college and now enjoys supporting and encouraging other Christian leaders.
Emily has lived, worked and studied in the UK, USA and Australia, where she advocates for people living life to the full. She is passionate about seeing Kingdom impact multiplied. Twelve years of pastoral experience paired with her degrees that focus on church leadership, theology and social work plus a coaching training help her to journey with Christian leaders to deepen both their spiritual walk and their impact.
David has 35 years of pastoral ministry and is passionate about encouraging and empowering ministers, church leaders and ministry students. David is also a good communicator and facilitator of retreats & small groups. He loves to enable ministry leaders to flourish and grow in their God given potential, calling and passions.
Our National Team
After a career in leadership and management within the pharmaceutical sector, Peter now leads Partners In Ministry to provide support and training to church leaders and pastors.
Margaret’s experience in management of operations and administration was developed in the Australian furniture industry. Moving to the disability sector in 2016, combined with her experience on her local church board she brings a blend of business acumen and church governance that will assist her in leading Partners in Ministry’s Operations.
Elma’s background is diverse in industry and in skill. Her prior career was primarily in Marketing and Project Management across both large FMCG corporates and small business. She brings these skills and her passion for organisation to assist the team at Partner In Ministry in attaining our goals.
Jane is a chartered accountant with a wealth of experience in supporting non-profits. She applies her expertise in compliance and finance to ensure Partners In Ministry has a firm basis upon which to grow.
AJ comes from a background in creative production managing and administrative assistance. From developing teams, to running Australia’s largest youth conference, she now brings these skills to Partners in Ministry.
Tej Prajapati, CPA | MPA is graduated from Macquarie University and skilled accountant since 2013, with experience in different business type. He brings in the diverse knowledge of accounting principles to Partners Ministry.
Wynand Johannes de Kock (DTh, University of South Africa)’s ministry spans three decades, three continents, in local churches, non-profit and universities, colleges and seminaries. He is a regular speaker and participant at national and international theological conferences and preaches nearly every weekend.
Pascal is a creative Telecommunications Engineer with Experience in ICT systems, project management, hardware and software installation, cloud administration and relationship management. With a lifelong passion for information systems, he has over 15 years’ experience in complex and changing organisations of varying sizes.
