Why this workshop?
Ministry decisions are rarely tidy. Leaders are asked to weigh faithfulness, wisdom, people, risk, timing and the quiet (sometimes inconvenient) prompting of the Holy Spirit, often all at once. Add the pressure to innovate in changing contexts, and it can feel like steering a boat while the map is still being drawn.
Leading Wisely is a practical, reflective workshop designed to help church leaders discern God’s leading while making sound decisions in complex environments, without defaulting to either paralysis or reckless experimentation.

Biblical and practical processes for seeking wisdom and discerning God’s will
How wise leaders make decisions when clarity is partial and pressure is real
How to foster a culture of experimentation and innovation that is faithful, not frantic
Where innovation may be needed in your own ministry context

Recognise the characteristics of effective, wise decision-making in ministry
Use tools and frameworks (including Cynefin) to navigate complex leadership environments
