In pastoral life there is a temptation for leaders to focus more on the sustainability and care of their church than their own lives. Long term, that can leave ministers emotionally, mentally and physically spent and exiting prematurely.

This workshop invites every church pastor and leader, new or older, to take a good look at the sustainability of their present lives, practices and priorities, and offers biblical, research backed wisdom and actions to support health and resilience in their callings.
Specifically, the workshop explores the most essential components of a healthy, resilient leadership and builds a personal action plan for flourishing over the long haul and finishing well. We cover:
