Emotionally Intelligent Leadership 103 is designed to help church leaders develop greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence so they can lead themselves and others more effectively.
Through practical reflection, discussion, and application, participants will explore how emotional intelligence shapes leadership, relationships, decision-making, and ministry effectiveness. You'll gain insights into your own emotional patterns and learn strategies to respond positively to the challenges and pressures of leadership.
We've made this module highly practical, with opportunities to assess your current strengths, identify growth areas, and develop a plan to strengthen your leadership impact.

Assess your strengths and development areas across key EI (Emotional Intelligence) categories
Recognise how others may perceive your emotional intelligence and leadership
Understand how to develop 3 core EI competencies: emotional awareness, empathy and straightforwardness
Develop emotional regulation to respond more effectively to stress, challenges, and difficult situations
